Join us to celebrate Black History Month as we feature two of Philly’s brightest up and coming chefs, Chef Elyse Parker & Chef Autumn Bey, as they present a menu of five dishes– each with a wine pairing, of course– inspired by their culinary backgrounds and utilizing fresh and local ingredients. From a raw collard salad to homemade butter pecan ice cream– and so much more in between– this menu is bursting with flavor, finesse, and most of all, fun.
